Next time my wife makes cherry pie with crumble topping I’ll try to get a fancy picture. I’d fight a hungry grizzly bear over it.

Do you do the 500 degree deal?

Not sure but if you mean roast it on 500 first then yes. Heat to 500 with Cast Iron in there and then roast for 20 mins. Then turn down to 330.
