Smoked my first Easter ham yesterday (4 hours at 240°)for my side of the family. Made a homemade glaze (found the recipe online) with ginger ale, honey, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, Dijon, and garlic.

I was really happy watching everyone dig in with compliments. Pics aren’t the best.

Leftovers....if so, I'd just need some fresh rolls, spicy brown mustard and it's a wrap, maybe some Swiss cheese too

Yep, I have leftovers. It was 14 lbs.

My Daughter makes something similar...crispy shredded beef....I always make a wrap out of it
