Those Mangos make me jealous strawberries are now available locally here in Tennessee so had strawberry shortcake for supper

A little known tidbit on how this day became famous, got it's name. You see Mexico was a big exporter of mayonnaise and one 5th of May one of their mayonnaise ships was struck by a torpedo and there you have it Cinco de mayo. Hope you all had a good day.
