Yes, if you have a valid reason you can apply for exemption. Oh believe me. Work is now a divided house. We currently have 2 shifts. It would not surprise me if we go down to 1 after everyone makes a choice...

Religious exemption. It is a first ammendment right for a citizen of the united states of america.
A religious exemption does not mean you have to be a member of a church group/religion.
A company denying you of a religious exemption accommodation serves no purpose. If denied it would clearly serve no other purpose than to deter you from exercising your religious beliefs. If they try to say accommodating you would cause undue hardship.....well companies have learned to operate for how long now with the "threat" of covid without the use of vaccines. Id say they are already well equipped to offer reasonable accommodations without undue hardship

Re: What's everyone's thoughts on the Covid-19 situation?
You guys are ridiculous. The vaccine gives your immune system the ability to recognize the virus early. It isn’t a force field. It isn’t a magic bullet. But it does make it so your body can respond quickly to the virus. It does reduce the severity and duration of the virus so that the virus isn’t spread as long. So it ABSOLUTELY does lessen the spread of the virus as compared to unvaccinated.
And to me this isn’t far off of second hand smoke. I was eating at a restaurant the other day and a guy came in and he reeked of cigarette smoke that I could smell 25 feet away while he was waiting near the front for a food pickup. The virus spreads like the smell of smoke and those that aren’t vaccinated can get others sick. So can the vaccinated but the chances and duration are lessened. So to me stop being selfish and not giving a damn about the human beings around you.
Finally, I don’t like that people are being forced to get the vaccine. I think it should be a choice but make it a monetary one. Those without vaccines, if they get sick, it could cost a lot more for their family to get medical care. So if a family gets sick, they should pay a financial penalty for playing roulette. Put your money where your mouth is, so to speak.
AND I DONT CARE WHAT YOUR VIEWS ARE, STOP SPREADING MISINFORMATION. VACCINE DOESN'T DO SH!T MY ASS!

"Misinformation"? You must be one of those conspiracy theorists.
Explain to me why people from pfizer openly admitted there vaccines contain material from aborted babies? That's demonic.
I'm assuming, if wrongly feel free to correct me, you support women's, "my choice my body"?

Let’s see, do I need to start quoting the people in this thread that say the vaccine doesn’t do anything?

FACTS...
both those whom are inoculated and those whom are not inoculated can in fact still get/spread the virus. It is to lessen the symptoms and severity of the virus for the person who received said shot. yes the shot does help certain people, but not all.
STOP SPREADING MISINFORMATION. VACCINE DOESN'T DO SH!T MY ASS!
interesting. are you saying that Dr. Fauci and the us government this entire time have not been spreading misinformation about this virus and covid shot?
C'mon Man!
what about natural infection??
Also, your comment on a financial penalty......should an inoculated person who becomes infected and spreads the virus not be subject to the same financial penalty?
if you want to go that route.....one could say those whom are overweight, smoke, drink, use and or abuse drugs, those who are straight/gay/bi, engage in unprotected sex, don't use a form of birth control, drive to fast, drive to slow, above or below a certain age group.....etc(could go on and on) shall pay a penalty, due to it all contributes to the rise of health care costs(for playing roulette). your words. Not mine.

Re: What's everyone's thoughts on the Covid-19 situation?
Well its still a relatively free world in the west. If people believe them don't work its their choice to believe and speak. Self censorship is rampant these days especially in the fake left. The whole right/left paradigm is another illusion. They are all statists and mostly super corrupt. politics is "The Grand Show". Trump was a self serving zionist but at least he was funny.
If it makes you feel uncomfortable you should consider the source of that discomfort.
This just in today.
"According to WHO’s latest World malaria report, there were an estimated 241 million malaria cases and 627 000 malaria deaths worldwide in 2020. This represents about 14 million more cases in 2020 compared to 2019, and 69 000 more deaths. Approximately two thirds of these additional deaths (47 000) were linked to disruptions in the provision of malaria prevention, diagnosis and treatment during the pandemic""

Since the Fauci era he has single handedly controlled how we move, act, walk and dress up in our maskerade outfits. I'm for anything that works to prevent illness and spread but obviously this one doesn't work.
