What are your mantras to get you through anxiety, panic, stress or despair?

I do not suffer from Anxiety, Panic, or Despair.

But when I'm a bit stressed, detailing my truck or a fishing trip does wonders for me.

And, if I have to wear anything more than a flannel or light hoodie, no fishing for me.

Depends on what is giving me anxiety, but most of the time a shot of bourbon will work if it is a short term issue, like an interview or event coming up. If it is something such as work I workout, box, or detail my car.

Actually, ice fishing isn't bad. Grab a rental hut (w/heater) on Lake Erie, have a few "warming spirits", and slay the yellow perch and walleye. Sadly, too warm again this winter, no ice.
