Anyone else jack themselves up detailing?

Anyone else jack themselves up detailing their pride and joy? Mid-July while making my Road Rocket shine, I stood up from a seated position and was on the receiving end of an ungodly pain in the knee. Wound up kissing pavement, didn't go away so saw the doctor. Friday past....now convalescing with my Golden Nurse....this sucks.

I think the elbow is way more annoying than the knee, the back trumps both... Anyone else jack themselves up detailing?

Love it! Haven't skated in 30+ years, and miss it. Take care of your "parts" too. Anyone else jack themselves up detailing?

As I get closer to 50 I get aches and pains that seemingly come from out of nowhere. Lately it's this calf tightness, sucks being shorter when reaching for stuff at work, always use the roller ball filled with medicine in it. Then in the winter time the sciatica kicks in, or something like that because I walk an 1/8 of mile into work and when its snowy and/or icy I tense up. I've woke up and my torso is crooked and it feels like there's a dagger stuck into the top of my butt. My wife keeps those medicated sticky pads for that and ofcoarse a hot bath does wonders too, ahhhh the joys of getting older.
