How hard would it be to build your own steam cleaner?
I have been looking at steam cleaners for for detailing cars and using in the house and I am kind of shocked at prices vs features. On the low end machines without constant water supply that require distilled water cost around $300-$400. Then to add a slightly larger boiler with a slightly higher temperature and pressure it jumps to around $1400 and then the legit luxury steam cleaners like Optima are around $8000. There is no way an Optima steam cleaner has any where near $8000 of anything in it. I mean they have used boilers and steam tanks to run trains until diesel engines became cost effective.
How hard would it be to build an Optima level steam cleaner buying the parts for allot less money? I mean hot water pressure washers can be bought for $1400...... generating steam can't be that hard.

If you come up with a legitimate plan for your idea, please post the details.
