Not at all offended my friend. This is a new way of living for me and I do incorporate some goodness on cheat days. Just now it's maybe 1-2 per month vs 30-31 days. This past Thursday I had a tasty 24oz Ribeye from a great steakhouse in town. Last time I had one was back in November of last year.

Same here TTQ. I have filet minot roast that I will prep for the holiday weekend in July n that’s about it for the summer for beef in July (basically steak once every 6 weeks, if at All). Just a life style change.lots of nut, veggie , fruit based meals
