Cleaning my car is mental health therapy. Helped a friend do his car the other day and he asked if it’s ok to listen to music or was I trying to hear the polisher! He was serious as I was so into it and focused. Realize I was cleaning cars with no music or anything since I got back into vehicle up keep. It’s my me time.
