What's the marinade? Gochujang? I picked up some bonito flakes to try this weekend. Gonna give miso/lemon a try.

I’ll find out didn’t make them but yeah i believe so... also some korean crushed red pepper flakes

My wife makes the most amazing chicken soup. Makes her own stock. She seasons it perfectly. I've never had any better.

She made a giant pot on Monday.

Tuesday morning, we woke up to find that we forgot to put it in the fridge after the pot cooled. About a gallon and half of amazing chicken soup.....down the drain.

Good news.....there are more chickens.
