IMO, yes!

Good old meat thermometer is your friend with Prime Rib. When it hits 97 degrees (in the center), I remove it from the oven and let it sit for 15 minutes. It will then rise to about 103 as it sits.

My method anyway.........

My wife cooks the best SOS. My first meal in boot camp (Navy) in May of 1969. I like it better now than I did back then. FYI, SOS is short for Slop On a Shingle. That’s not what it was called in the military but I’m keepin’ it clean.

there's a small cafe near my house and they are open inside for dine in despite all that's going on (majority of all food joints/establishments are take out only or drive-thru). i think i'm going to order this next time i'm there and if they don't have it, i'm gonna show them this picture and ask them to make it...

p.s. maybe have them toss in a biscuit or two as well...

With all the money saved do to SAH orders i can eat good and better.

I can buy 2lbs of Jumbo Scallops and 2lbs large shrimp from Costco for about $60-70. Thats the cost of 3 meals when eating out. I don’t spend less on food jist got use to cooking. I get about 10 meals outta those two bags.

Just gotta dodge buying anything else on way out!
