Kwazar Venus Super HD pressure sprayer

I just bought a couple of these . no instructions came with them. The item itself is pretty self explanatory, but they come with what appears to be a small bottle of oil in them. Does anyone know what this is for??

That was the only thing that made sense to me, but I didn't see anywhere to put it in.

I just extend the pump, and then place a few drops on the base, and then slowly press the pump handle down.
