What are you looking for from Griot's Garage exactly
Not calling you out with this but they'll never be Adam's with multiple soaps for instance that create overlap

If I knew it would be easy......I'm talking something that hasn't been invented........magic. holy chit type of product.
Maybe I'm out of bounds, but in a modern world I don't rule ANYTHING out when it comes to technology..

Nah your good man
Griots Garage never jumps on trends, I mean we're talking ceramics here while others are on to graphene (which is ceramic based).
As far as ground breaking, who knows who's going to drop the next miracle, stay "tuned".

From what I gather....Griots has always hung back and then refined whatever the latest product to come out and make it better.
I don't think they are trend setters....
Nick Griot could always create a toupee and mustache polishing kit.

Re: Inside Griot's Garage
Everything I've used from Griot's was really good. Soap was the only thing I though was just ok.
I don't think Griot's is excessive like some of the other brands. Pretty conservative line.
I'm surprised they don't have a paint prep.

They had one, but they discontinued it a while back - not sure why (never looked into it). It strikes me that it was a little different than the alcohol based ones that are the norm now; I if I remember right you could either wipe it dry with a towel or rinse the area when you were done.
Actually, thinking back to their old "Machine Polish" days (Pre BOSS line/Complete Compound/Polish), they also had a Pre Wax Cleanser - all I remember from the bottle was that it was citrus based. Smelled good, and worked great to help get the old polishes wiped off.
Every once in a while I still think about taking a trip down memory lane and breaking out my bottle of Machine Polish 3 and seeing how it works with what I've learned since I started detailing...
I'm fine if they're not running on the bleeding edge of detailing products - the biggest thing I like about Griot's is how everything I use from them is sooo easy to work with. I have limited time for garage therapy, and it takes the fun out of it if you're stressing about grabbiness/flashing/etc.

The Ceramic AIO will probably be like there 3-1 liquid wax with some ceramic in it. Probably a good base for there ceramic 3-1 wax but not for a coating.
I’m not sure what to think of all the Ceramic products there throwing out. The 3-1 ceramic wax was a ground breaking new product but everyrhing else just seems to be a old product with some green ceramic thrown in.
The Ceramic Speedshine is great but I can tell no difference to the original which was and still is a awesome detailer.

Re: Inside Griot's Garage
Yeah kind of disappointing to be honest. I was expecting a new sealant, spray or wax (maybe a new Poly Wax but with Sio2?) ...something like Gyeon Wax. Not this year.

Have you used the ceramic 3 in 1 spray?
