I could be way off here, but I really don't think the mitt looks that good at all. I would be worried about stuff getting caught in the finger looking pieces. With Shmitt which I love it seems to rinse clean if anything gets on it. I haven't tried the LC mitt yet, but I plan on getting one for some testing. I heard from a friend of mine that it's pretty bulky and doesn't form to you hand well. Another thing I'm wanting to know is if it is double sided? I really like the ability to turn over the shmitt to scrub bugs and stubborn spots. I do a better review once I get my mitt. Any other thoughts from users?

Sure the shmitt can rinse clean ... but when you are washing a dirty panel where does that dirt on the panel go? Onto the face of the shmitt. Don't get me wrong, the shmitt is a great tool but there is a risk of having the dirt being trapped between the paint and the mitt while washing. In order to get the surface completely clean I need to apply a little pressure and the waffle of the shmitt gets compressed so the dirt really has no where to go....now with the LC mitt, the dirt can go into the fingers and can be rinsed out just as easily as the shmitt can.... It'll be interesting to see comparisons once people use it.
