    Ik Foamer 2+

This would make life and my decision to buy a battery power inflator easier. Hope AG picks it up!

Surprised it took them this long to make one of their own, since people have been modifying them for years. I don't have an air compressor so I'll not be getting this as it's not too much work to pump up that size unit but if your buying one straight away, makes sense. Now my IK Foam 9 on the other hand, THAT takes more work without a doubtIk Foamer 2+

Yeah the foam 12 has a shrader valve and all in all i should own a tire inflator. This just would push my decision over the top.

I bought into Makita's new 18v battery system recently. They have a small handheld tire inflator that has good reviews. For $99 it's on my list going forward. It might work well in a system like the IK. That is if it's built to hold up under regular use.

I bought a Milwaukee M12 Tire Inflator for each vehicle plus one to keep in the garage. It is a really good unit. The only issue for this use is that the tire inflator screws onto the valve. Then again, the foamer could be in one hand and the inflator in the other so I agree, it could be a very good solution.

The screw on valve would be preferable for me. I haven't had much luck with clip-ons staying attached.

My biggest concern is that they may design these small inflators to be used as you have done - put in a car or garage and used infrequently. They may not hold up to frequent use.

    Re: Ik Foamer 2+

I’d like to have a tire inflator too, as alot of times the cars people bring me are noticeably low on air and my OCD usually winds up with me checking the tire pressure and filling them up to the proper level using my bike pump. However, as you can imagine that can sometimes be a PITA… I had an H2 Hummer once that was really low on air and I threw in the towel after airing up just 1 tire. Those tires were huge! Lol.

I’m not sure if I’m willing to pay $100+ for just a tire inflator, but the ones I see for around $65 bucks don’t seem like they would last very long so that’s why I remain undecided.

I have a Riyobi tire inflator from Home Depot which was under$100 I think. It works great. I have it all charged up to inflate my tires after this cold weekend
Treat it like it's the only one in the world.

Works great and good reviews, Ric. Beats a bicycle pump.
