Griots 3-1 Cermaic wax

Hi there, how is the longevity of 3-1 Ceramic wax? I plan to use this on a customer's car with one application and I want to give a fair estimate how long the sealant lasts. Thanks!

I have had good durability, but granted my car is garaged. I've seen 4-6 months.

My car also garaged. In rainy season in NorthWest I got 3 months.

Longevity is subjective to your client’s weather, environment, what’s in their area’s traffic film....

Also some will call it done when it is 80% still their some may see the very last traces of protection....

I would give a range of 3-5 months myself.

These products, under the best conditions, usually only last 6 months at best.

Griot's did last quite a long time (in one case over 1.5 years) on a youtube comparison I've seen. I think 3 in 1 and Megs HCW lasted longer than lots of ceramic coatings even. Perhaps a fluke, but their strong performance -- at least half a year and often well over a year in various tests on a truck panel left outside 24/7 seemed impressive.

Granted, but better a test I can see than all the endorsements by professionals and amateurs based on vague comparisons I can neither see, nor verify on the forum. Especially when touting high priced brands.
