The coating description does not say it is self healing. It does claim to be more flexible than normal ceramic coatings. Sounds like the TAC Systems coatings.

Maybe the chemistry in the coating has already been in use in the aviation and/or aerospace industries and that empirical data allows them to make the 9 year claims.

How long before some Youtube Review like Forensic, Pan, and/or Dallas Detail publicly calls this product's claim out for the very reasons it has been called out here?

After looking at several of these ceramic/SIO2 coatings, I decided on Nano Resin because it was VOC free. This kit is a self-healing, elastomeric ceramic car coating system designed to protect paint surfaces from staining, etching, and micro-marring.

How was your experience installing it?

Here in the Philippines, we got “professional” installers chargine $600 or more for coatings. Only one mobile installer uses a brand i know (gtechnique). The others just say “imported from Japan/Europe”.
