Will be intresting to see what you guys over the pond like the short haired wool pads. It's have been used here in EU for quite some time know. The cut is often a step up from the mf cutting pads. Just have in mind they are like a ordinary wool pad in it needs a finishing polish afterwards.

I wonder how the Rupes coarse wool cutting pad compares to these?

EU been using short and long wool pads on da’s for years successfully over mf. Glad US is starting to catch up with European detailing trends. We cut fast this side as the paints generally tend to be harder.

No but the type of them has been available for some years.

The Rupes coarse cutting pad I think is a simualar kind. But think it was Ronin47 that has more experience with rupes pads. I think be wrote that the yellow wool pad from rupes has a good cut in them. Think that it's very dependeble in what kind of blend and length of the wool how they work and what kind of compound you use. I have a twisted wool acrylic pad with quite long strands that works great on DA polishers too.

Just like the Rupes yellow foam pad has attained cult status in detailing circles, the Rupes yellow wool is simply put-amazing.

Do both uro wools have the interlayer of foam..
I can see the finisher black wool does..can't tell if the cutting wool does..
If so these will work well onnthrnPO5000C and Mille

unfortunately no. I too would have preferred a foam interface like the LC Lambswool cutting pad has.
