Re: Meguiar’s Ultimate All Wheel Cleaner - Quick Review

Thanks for this review Frank. Like others, I've been eye balling it, but was really waiting to hear something. Gonna have to get a few bottles now.

Re: Meguiar’s Ultimate All Wheel Cleaner - Quick Review

    Thanks guys!

    Just a tip:

The first wheel I did, I rinsed it first with my pressure washer before I applied the wheel cleaner. The cleaner began to react and change colors immediately but I got more of a dramatic change in color when I applied the cleaner to a dry wheel before I rinsed it.

Obviously, it goes without saying, rinsing the wheel first will dilute it somewhat. IMO, it's better and more effective to apply it to a dry, cool wheel.

This same customer has an RV that I started to detail the same day.

    Here's the RV.

I forgot to take a picture of the RV wheels before I started to clean them but here's one of the wheels after I applied Meg's Ultimate Wheel Cleaner and let it dwell for about 1 minute. I didn't think the wheels were that bad.

I'll be going back tomorrow to finish the RV. I'll see if I can get a shot of the clean wheel.

agreed. the same concept when i'm using a foam cannon (not very often these days). i don't pre-rinse first as the soap will lay on top of the water...

    You are correct.

I checked with Meguiar's and they don't plan on making it available in gallon size.
