HOW TO: remove white marks from plastic bending...
If you are working on an ATV or dirtbike with plastic fenders and bodywork, you can remove the white stretch marks from plastic bending pretty easily, but NEED to be careful.
use a heatgun or hairdryer. Heat up the plastic where it is stretched and the plastic around it and keep going over it, it will slowly form the plastic back to its original shape and color.
try it once!! it takes time and patience, DO NOT RUSH or hold it in one spot, like a rotary, it will burn the plastic.... for good... can repaint that plastic b/c the plastic is colored when its made!!!
DO NOT TRY ON MOTORCYCLE PLASTIC... THOSE ARE PAINTED PLASTIC...
