Welcome to the forum.
The dude didn't say we were supposed to know anything about him being a part time detailer. He said people ask him and he wanted to share a video with us on the forum.

Just did this Saturday but wasn't to impressed with the chrome. Any suggestions to remove rust from the chrome and what to use for spokes?

First and foremost you have to have a Powerball and a Powerball Mini.

Then it's up to you as for the products, but you said their was some rust so Wenol may be the way to go:

Re: How to Wash & Wax your Motorcycle, the proper way!
My idea of "properly" washing a motorcycle is removing all fairing parts, the seat and gas tank.
Anything less is not detailing. I don't just concentrate on the parts of the motorcycle that are in view.

Re: How to Wash & Wax your Motorcycle, the proper way!
A lot of people asked me to do a follow up to my first on how to polish your motorcycle.
I am sure we are all aware here on this forum on what exactly and how we polish but I made a video that would help new people to this passion we have
