    Foaming wheel cleaner

I love this stuff. But I have had a few issues with this gallon jug. For some reason it has crystallized in the container. I had it happen once before in the spray bottle I use. I keep the gallon jug in my house and just refill when needed. Well went to refill yesterday and it sounded like sand in the jug. So this morning I bought a new funnel and screen to strain it to see if it was crystals again. Anyone else have this issue before?

    Re: Foaming wheel cleaner

The crystals are a by-product of the manufacturing process. They are supposed to be removed before the product is poured. Unfortunately this did not happen! Fortunately only a small batch was affected.

Please email me your info and I'll get a replacement sent out ASAP. Nick@McKees37.com

    Re: Foaming wheel cleaner

    Hmmm,

I have a 16 ounce bottle that has not been acting right, and I figured it was just the sprayer. I transferred it to a used, but cleaned McKee's bottle, but for a different product. The first time I used it in the new bottle, all was fine. The second time, the sprayer was acting funny again. I chalked it up to perhaps the product affecting the sprayer mechanism. I still use it, but it's a PIA.

Could I have product from the same lot? I purchased mine in @ September or October of last year, I think, but I could go back through my orders to confirm if needed.

I had the same thing happen. Nick took care of it and sent me more product and a Mckees spray bottle. Amazing sprayer! I've bought a few more since. The product however still gives me fits when I use it. Clogs the sprayer every time. I have not drained the bottle to see if there's crystals. I'll just move on. Still a big time Mckee's 37 fan but going to pass on this product moving forward.

Yup. It took Nick 15 minutes to respond to this thread, explain what happened, and offer a replacement.

    Now THAT is Customer Service.

I have a gallon with the same issue. Continuously clogs up sprayers. It has been sitting for some time now because I gave up on it and moved to something different.
