    1st post/pictures

Hello detailing autogeeks. I'm Supat/28/male from Washington state. Im also on the ClubLexus forums on and off. Well I've been stocking up on my detailing gear for next spring for my car on AutoGeek and decided to join the forum here as well. I decided to do a detail for my mom since its gonna be a rough winter and she drives 50 miles to work and back so it gonna take a beating. Its a 2012 Toyota Corolla, fairly new so I didnt clay it. Washed it with Meguiars Gold Class Shampoo & Conditioner. Had to cut the doors on one side because of a bad wind storm with Meguiar’s #2 Fine Cut Cleaner, she said a sage brush hit it. It was beat up. Then used Meguiars Ultimate Polish, followed with two coats of Klasse High Gloss Sealant, and Meguiars Gold Class Carnauba Plus Premium Paste Wax. I used that wax since my Pinnacle Signature Series II Carnauba Paste Wax wont get here til the 3rd. Did the interior with all Mother's products, they smell amazing. Im also gonna use Pinnacle XMT 360 Spray Wax tomorrow on it for extra protection. I happy with it. On to the pictures. Sorry for no before pics, thing was dirty. Took me 3 days allowing for cure time.
    My Stuff for now.

    Thanks for viewing

Great job Supat. At quick glance of your post, don't forget to do a baggy test before you polish to see if you need to clay the car. I know you said it was new, but that doesn't mean it doesn't have fallout in the paint. Again, great job!

I forgot to mention when she first bought it 7 months ago. I did test it and waxed it with the 360 wax.

Very nice car I have the s model 2011, try claying it cause a lot of new cars sit in the dealers lot for months, you would be surprised what they pic up, do the Baggie test on it. It started with Wolfgang auto bath and clay, then I moved on to pinnacle paint cleaner, then Wolfgang 3.0 swril remover and then Wolfgang paint sealant let it cure for 12 žhours and the topped it off with dodo diamond white, polishes with Cyclo and white foam pads, what a shine, you can see some of the pics on my profile,it the color is super white. I used to live in Washington state and you need all the protection you can get living there lol.i did very well detailing in Washington state and so can you. I now live in Florida and also have a Audi a[

Great job! White is a difficult color, you made it look very "wet". Welcome to the forum

Good job, fellow Washingtonian. White is not the easiest to detail. Looks like you have a good assortment of product.
