New to the forum, but not to detailing. I started detailing serious around 2004 and it became a serious hobby. I guess it goes well with my anal and meticulous nature.
I did a lot of detailing on my 2004 WRX Subaru WRX STi (sadly sold on 01/2010 in favor of a new place I bought) but the passion remains the same.
I've got solid experience with the Porter 7424. Last night I purchased the Flex603 rotary (along with some supplies for the summer from Autogeek ofcourse) and looking forward on learning how to use it. I figured I'd practice on some scrap pieces.
Other products I really like (and use) are: Wolfgang clay/lube, Pinnacle II carnuba wax, Stoner speedbid, CA gelly blade, P21S Gel (Was great for the dust on the Brembo brakes in my STi), Poorboy's wheel sealant, OXO brushes, many more products.
I bought a 2006 Honda Accord coupe not long ago and got it to where I want it. The last owner did not take that much good care of it. (She left a lot of her make up under the seats.... )
Looking forward to any suggestions on using the Flex I just bought ( I did read some articles) and how to remove hairline scratches from the rear taillights.
