PDR tech and Detailer from the Netherlands

    Hey everyone!

I've been reading articles and forum posts here for awhile, and I figured I would make an account and introduce myself before I start asking a ton of questions.

I'm a 28 year old self employed Paintless Dent Repair technician from the Netherlands, and as a way of expanding my professional services I've also started detailing. Having done a fair share of details for myself and close family/friends, I finally decided it was time to see if I can get this detailing ball rolling professionally.

    Greetings from Europe!

Welcome! I was over there in 2018 for vacation - Amsterdam, Rotterdam and The Hague.

Welcome..PDR and paint detailing sure goes hand in hand. Anyone that cares enough to get a dent out cares about the appearance of their vehicle.

Learn how to correct paint and applying a paint coating.

It is no coincidence that man's best friend cannot talk.

    Hello and welcome!

PDR is an interesting trade, and one I would like to learn, as well as detailing of course. I have recently began practicing PDR and it is much harder than it looks, much respect to all those PDR techs out there!

Well my father has been a PDR tech for about 15 years and I learned from -and worked with him for years now.

But I noticed a shift in the PDR business and I recognize that offering only PDR may not be viable in the distant future. A big goal of mine is to be able to offer PDR, full detailing services as well as Smart/Spot repair and opening up a workshop in my city's dealership area.
