Hi-Pointe is fancy/trendy burgers. Seamus is barfood - I'm a Dive or Dump kinda guy, so I go for the bar burger. And, I can never get a parking spot at Hi-Pointe.

My wife prefers Hi-Pointe. Go figure - she doesn't want to be in a place where your shoes stick to the floor.

True, my GF has a very strict diet and basically can eat only a salad at Seamus or I would go more. I try to convince friends to go there!

Hi Pointe parking - terrible, even with the curbside only it was a zoo. Its a little under a mile away and we will walk sometimes to avoid that issue

LOL at the shoes comment, their buffalo chicken sandwich is great and HUGE like the burger, also the pepper jack fried cheese sticks are to die for.

Thanks. Oh cool! Love it here, been here a little over 2 years.

I think Chewys is gone never heard of it and not coming up on a search, Chava's in Soulard is my favorite locally owned spot, then Rosalitas is my second choice

For BBQ, the big names (Pappy's, SugarFire and Dalie's) are winners. Me? I LOVE the Texas Hot sauce at Sugarfire. It's the best sauce I've found, and it's spectacular on turkey. Smokey Mo's is owned by the Imo's of pizza fame. They're just south, in Arnold.

Soulard - my favorite is McGurk's.

Geez, now I'm hungry. Too bad my wife says we're still social distancing.

YES Sugarfire and Pappys! I'll have to try that hot BBQ at Sugarfire. Dalie's is my most recent discovery.. WOW @ the fried fire and ice pickles, didn't expect that. Smokey Mo's is also added to my list of to try

Adam's Smokehouse (lunch today!) is my favorite hidden gem, went there today, Bogarts is incredible as well, depends my mood and the sides I want for all of these choices

I've only had McGurks food once, very good. I've drank there a few times, amazing outdoor area.

We are social distancing too, but curbside and pickup happens a few times a week

If I still lived down there, I'd be about 400 pounds. Between all the good places mentioned, and pretty much everything on the Hill I'd be constantly eating.
