This is another really good video loaded with advice.

I watched some of your original video's that you made when you first started at AG today and there is a big difference in the production values (lighting, the detailing shop, camera work, etc) now from then.

I would agree. I'm my best, worst critic as I can see and hear every mistake but my guess is the majority of people that watch these are not as critical.

The new studio works so much better than the first studio which was basically just our first garage. Yancy has also become very, very good and both shooting video and editing video plus all other aspects of this type of work.

Great vid Mike, this was just what I was looking for. So many times, people only show you how to use a DA on a flat horizontal hood. They never show the tricky parts, such as the curved light, thin strips etc.

I also understand why, from your time over on MOL, you always emphasized proper hand technique as well. Most people, when they start machine polishing, always want to do 100% of the vehicle with their new tool, and yet, it's just not possible all the time.

    Great vid Mike.

I haven't watched it yet as I'm running in a band limited 2g connection right now, but I can certainly guess this is the tutorial I was looking for.... Videos on flat panels don't show how detailing can be difficult on some cars with a lot of more complex panels without the right tools.

I just gotta say it... the music sounds like a track from a 70s porno...
