Excellent demonstration. I like how you've stepped up to the proper dedicated products and brushes as far as the wheels & tires. You used an ideal soap... I even squeegee the windows immediately after a wash the same way. Dry the same, blow dry the same way too and use a water based tire dressing. Spot on.

You should use the "Insert Video" option and instead imbed your videos into your posts for easy viewing. Just be sure to remove the "s" from https. Because links to videos can be blocked by employer computers, including mine.

Pan - this is your best video to date. I especially liked you showing the whole process via time lapse. Well done sir!

Drying from bottom to top would scratch the finish.Way to many chemicals on the brake components and I see no lather in the video.I personally would do at least the bottoms.Nice video and thanks for the time and effort.

As far as the drying: There would have to be dirt/grit on the paint in order to cause any scratches.. But that's not the case since he just finished washing and rinsing the car with a power washer.

Which 1 of those chemicals harmed the brakes? I didn't see any risks.

There's alot of people who are of the belief that suds aren't so important, and it's what's in the wash solution that matters.. Just take every rinseless wash for example, no suds/lather, and works fine.

...If anything, he missed doing anything to the wheel wells.. I would've at least sprayed them real quik with some APC and gave them a rinse with the power washer and then sprayed some water based dressing on them after the wash.
