Congratulations on the new baby and getting some more work. Seems like Facebook is starting to pan out for you since half your work is from there.
What will you change about your packages? Make them simpler, pricing, less of them?

When I put my packages together I anticipated clients would be more interested in exterior services and my packages reflect that. I also thought that having more options would allow people to tailor their own service.

Most people calling simply asks for a "full detail" and a lot are only interested in interior service.

I plan on revising my plans to something like:
1: wash only with interior detail, no carpet cleaning.

2: interior with carpet cleaning, wash and spray wax.

The only two additional options I will offer with these two packages is upgrade to AIO wax.

3: AIO, engine detail and interior with carpet cleaning.

I'll still offer individual services upon request and have a few up sells, but I feel like those 3 packages will appeal to 75% of my clients at this time.

I'm hoping to rework them today and update the website.

I'm relatively new to this site but keep this in mind. A menu at a restaurant with a thousand options is really difficult to pick what to eat.
