Re: Vehicle Graphics - Option 1 or Option 2

Also I would make phone# placement readable while rear doors are open if possible. I work with most doors open on vehicle and people driving by have to stop and ask for phone# sometimes.I'm guessing your mountains just need a little tweaking tohave your M show up better.

Re: Vehicle Graphics - Option 1 or Option 2

Thanks guys, I really appreciate all the advice and tips.

The logo is what it is. Sorry for those of you who keep thinking it looks like DAAD; I made adjustments after previous comments and felt like it looks much more like an M now that it did. It's already on a few other things so it's staying as is. I'm happy with it, so hopefully it all works out for me.

So it sounds pretty 50-50 on which option to go with, I think I'm leaning to toward the slanted version as I feel like it will do more to catch people's eye and really make them look at it.

The advice about the name being bolder and the phone number being bigger are spot on! I will definitely get my guy to make that the case.

I'm not so sure how much I want a list of services. I've looked at a ton of detailing truck/vans out there and I always like the simple factor of not having a list, I just feel like it's really busy with a whole list of stuff and don't want to take away from the important info.

I'm thinking of maybe putting my "tagline" (Bend's premier auto detailing service) on the back hatch right under the window, but still debating that.

It'll be in on Thursday of this upcoming week to get it all installed (after a full paint correction Wednesday), so I'll keep you all posted on how it goes. Thanks again for the opinions.

Re: Vehicle Graphics - Option 1 or Option 2

Yeah, I actually got them on last week and finally got it all detailed earlier this week. For the entire process I did the following:

I did some touch up paint work, had a few dents removed, removed the rear wiper, debadged it, did a basic correction and polish, tinted the windows, had decals installed and topped it off with Gloss Coat on all paint, Opti-Lens on all lights, Opti-GlassPro on all windows, and CQuartz DLux on all trim.

I'll do a full write-up at some point soon, but here's some pics for now of the finished product.

    Hope you guys like it!

I understand the mountains, as that's your logo.

What I *WOULD* do is make the lettering larger underneath the logo, to where the public will see the whole, Dynamic Mobile Detailing rather than DYNAMIC with small mobile detailing underneath it. Perhaps staggering it,
    Dynamic
    Mobile
    Detailing

    or something like that.

And the phone number, THAT needs to be big. Move it down and have it take up as much of the door as possible.

But there is a third option (as has CarMomma suggests).

Leave your logo, DMD as big and as colorful as you like, with a big phone number underneath it. WITHOUT the other lettering there.

Then take the DYNAMIC MOBILE DETAILING and come up with a layout that uses the rest of the available space, between the front and rear fender bulges, on the side panel all the way into the door(s). You could then space the web address underneath that.

    Something like this.

Note that you see the logo, and the phone number, can't miss it. And then of course if there is any doubt as to what you do, there it is... Dynamic Mobile Detailing.

Thanks, although the wheels are the only part I haven't detailed yet (I need new tires soon, so figured that I would wait until I had them and then take them off one at a time and detail the barrels really well and then coat them with OC Pro to make cleaning that much easier. They just have a quick coat of Hydro2 on them for now, but thanks!!
