Re: website layout and critique
Simplify your detailing menu A LOT. If regular people cannot understand it, they will go somewhere they can understand.
Look at my page, I like to think that my menu is pretty simple to understand, but I'm always looking for ways to make it even simpler.

Your site looks great, but your prices are waaaay to low IMO
Re: website layout and critique
I found myself just scanning through it. If I was a regular person who didn't care about detailing I wouldn't have read it.
You need a great looking site with pics to really pull them in. Maybe a good mission statement on the front page. You can have a separate prices page, and it's cool to list your process but maybe just shorten it a little. You need a standard wax, a quality wax, a year sealant like klasse or power lock and something like opti coat or cquartz. No more. It's just confusing.

At first the prices seemed pretty high, but then I realized he was doing metal polishing, wheels off, super thorough stuff that could take 2 or maybe even 3 days.
I don't think his prices are waaay too low but they arent high either.
The problem is that even though the client may be paying 3 or 400 bucks, if you have his car for 3 days you didn't make very good money.
Don't over estimate how much you can do in a day. Removing the wheels off a car and individually detailing the inner barrels and wheel wells can take some serious time.
