That's an awefull lot of reading. Some might take it as you looking for a loophole IMO

Re: Just added a "Terms & Conditions" page...

If I were a customer searching for a quality detailer and came across that page, I'd click the X and start my search over. I'd be afraid that my car wouldn't get a good service done to it just because I didn't understand any of what I was reading.

I, TD understand what most of it means but still stuff like bug, gum, tar, excessive sun etc. would make me think, "if he doesn't do any of that why would I take my car to him. People scan stuff rather than read through it. I personally think that your terms and conditions page will be a flop for your website. People just want a simple and easy experience while getting what they are paying for, they don't want terms and conditions.

Just my 2 cents, not trying to be rude.

    Yeah what he said.

What I would do is make it real simple.

    Example:

Here is what we will do:
    • We will do our very best in removing EACH and EVERY stain
    • Clean the car to the highest level of clean achievable

Here is what we need from you:
    • Understanding that not every stain can be cleaned. Some are permanent unfortunately, however we will try our very best to get rid of all stains.
    • Ample space to work on your vehicle
    • To take all possessions out of the car. We are not responsible for anything you leave in the car while we clean. Please be sure to take out all important items such as keys and jewelry!

And bam, pretty much covered everything you wrote succinctly. It's a little thing called "word economy."

    Hope this helps!

Stains and scratches. I will do my best but nothing is guaranteed. I don't know if I can get them out but I can tell you it will look better after I'm done because I should be able to at least minimize them.

That's the line I give my customers and have never had a problem. If people see an improvement they are happy.

I am a customer not a detailer but I know what it takes and this is written, it seems to me, from someone that has been taken advantage of. You will scare too many people away with this. It is too much to read and too many items listed. IMHO

Appreciate the feedback. The page itself will not be something I am pushing and the link will not be very visible. I think I'll change it to the bullet points at the bottom.

Didn't think it was rude at all. I agree with some of what you said.
