What add-ons to offer? (non-detailing required)

    Hey guys

I'm looking for add-ons to sell to my customers for my mobile car detailing business. We serve high-end clientele in Toronto.

I want a product offering or high-margin service offering. I'm not looking for anything pertaining to detailing (ie. paint correct).

    I've considered:
    - Weathertech mats (I don't actually qualify to be their retailer)
    - Top-up package: Fill air, fill windshield fluid, give 1 bottle of hand sanitizer - $40

To be honest, I haven't thought of anything else. It needs to decent margins.

    Looking for ideas.

I'd recommend investing a lot of time and maybe even money into learning it before even thinking about doing a clients car, however, PDR is both relevant and can be very lucrative.

It's not for everyone though, it's a very tedious process.

I've had a few friends ask about glass chip repairs. I always direct to safe-lite as they did a decent job for me. But could be something to look into.

Being in Canada, maybe some kind of undercoating?

Headlight restorations? I like add ons that aren't model specific so you don't have to keep a lot of various inventory on hand. Plus you could probably mark up a good sealant upgrade for the headlights after restoring.

It sounds like he's looking to add on things like car wash tunnel knick knacks. Air fresheners, mats, hand sanitizer, etc. Not detail related add ons.

You could embrace residential window tinting
