Gallery presentation
I am trying to think of ways to improve the gallery on my website.
I will be doing a full revamp of the website when my hosting ends next winter and will switch to Wix for a more multi-media, multi-plateform website.
So in the meantime, just want to make minor tweeks if I can.
Here is the current prensentation page for my gallery entries.
Volkswagen Golf-R 2018
Do you think I should make the pictures clickable so people can see the full resolution pictures? Pictures on the site are reduced to 1024 pixels wide. Originals are over 4000 pixels wide.
Any suggestions on things I could add, remove or modify?

Re: Gallery presentation
Since nobody has responded, I'll take a jab at it. What you have isn't really a "gallery." It's a page with non-clickable pictures all displayed together. I would display them in some kind of true gallery. Small thumbnails that blow up into bigger pictures in lightbox. I wouldn't upload or display full res pictures though. I resize mine down to 1200x675, which is a 16:9 format. The issue is most people are using mobile devices to view your site, so keep that in mind for page loading and loading those huge images. I wouldn't have believed how high the number is until I started using Google and looking at the analytics, it's like 80%+ using mobile devices to view your site.

Exactly, most people are on their phones not on a computer.

Ya, the gallery is the page above this. Where all the cars I can take pictures of are listed. The one I showed is the end page where people click on a car, it opens that page in a new window.
As for phones, modern phones have a higher resolution than most computers My phone can display QHD which is 2560 X 1440. Most people use HD screens now on their computer, which is 1920 X 1080.
So I am not too worried about having images too large at the moment. All my pictures are 1024 X what ever (I resize on the width so I am not sure about the height).

Yes, we all have phones with QHD displays. It's not about the ability to display it, it's about loading times and data usage. Worry, don't worry, my advice is to keep that at about the 1000 px size max. My advice worth the price charged.
