Re: IDA certification
Hello everyone. Can anyone help me ? I need to use a scissor lift, but as far as I know, only trained and authorized operators can work with scissor lifts. I have never used that before, so I don't have any experience in that area. Could anyone please tell me where can I get such a certificate ? I think that I need a good scissor lift online academy. Could anyone please recommend me an academy? It is very important for me. Unfortunately, the law says that I can't work with the scissor lift without this certification.

Re: IDA certification
Hello. We don’t need a certification here in the US. Check with your insurance if you add one

Billy and everyone else...
If you look at the new guy's post.
First - It's out of place for the discussion taking place. Red Flag #1
Second - The post above it from the same person is also meaningless. Red Flag #2
Third - If you LOOK carefully at the second post from Nobility - there's a text link in BLACK. Red Flag #3
I like to give people the benefit of the doubt so I'll be watching this person's future posts.

Yeah as somebody that has moderated many online forums I can 100% tell you that you're reading way too much into the last couple posts.
I mean honestly what do you think the guy is shilling? Online scissor lift academies? You know that's not a thing right?

I worked at a place that rented scissor lifts and a number of other pieces of equipment to Jo or Josephine Whomever on a daily basis. It was basically sign a contract absolving us of any wrong-doing and making the customer 100% responsible. I can only imagine how many OSHA violations there were outside of our parking lot. LOL
