This is exactly my thought. If I target realtors in high social economic areas, I'm pretty sure they will appreciate the convenience of a mobile waterless wash. Done in 30mins and they didn't even have to leave their desks.

Big n Small Pharma ( but some lots need card key access) for the Executives. Most of the lab rats ( like myself) do our own. It would be difficult to identify a point of contact at those sites, but is possible

I cater my brand to luxury and high-end customers. I have mostly all athletes and executives most of the time they come to me I don't really come to them so it's really hard to say. All I can say is you would have to build your brand more and show your quality of work. A lot of them don't care about low prices they care more about the quality of work cause anyone cause throw out low prices but it comes down to your skills and quality of work. I wouldn't really say lawyers unless it's a very large firm. I would mainly start off with luxury dealership, Bankers ( not local bank managers), pharmaceutical buildings so on so on. I wouldn't really say Realtors cause they are mainly on a case by case basis you would need to mainly focus on brokers they have a lot more money. I set very strict terms and policies. I even charge customers if they come out more than three times talking to me while working $30-$60. Yeah it's strict but they appreciate it because it shows I'm serious about my craft.
