    Removing plastidip type paint.

My roommates brother has a 2010 Camaro that he had a clear wrap put on the front and rear bumper then later down the road had the car sprayed with the rubber matte wrap. He got tired of that look and had it removed but now there is material left in the wood and window seems and seems of the clear protective film. I am wondering if any of you have had experience removing this? I will try to get pictures next time I see him.

He wants to see if I can remove the left over material. He has taken it to the shop that applied it twice an they still haven't removed a lot of it. Wondering if clay will work? Or if it will be one of those plastic toothpick and fingernail picking all day kind of things?

I just removed some last night from a set of wheels... Goo Gone works magic on plasti dip. Spray it on, let it soak, and use a plastic razor blade. Note to always do a test spot when trying new products.

Oh good to know. I will try this out. Think tarminator would work as well?

I'm not sure on Tarminator, but it's worth a shot if you have some laying around. Try a test spot, and find the best method.
