Still great info though. I've got a new GTI arriving in about 2 weeks and want to start off correctly.

For what you pay for any new car, it's worth the time and expense to
A: Do it right.
B: Do it yourself - if you don't know how we will help you.
C: Hire a professional.

Hey Mike-
When rinsing the iron X off AND the presence of iron by show of the red, the red "washes" onto the concrete or driveway surface, will it stain the driveway in doing so per say?
Hope this question makes sense.
Thanks

I've never seen it stain concrete and I've used a LOT of iron removers over the years as I've washed a lot of cars for my own projects and taught lots of classes where a LOT of cars are washed and iron removers are used.
You're good to go.... if you want to be uber careful, simply rinse the red to a drain.
:)
