    Nice job on the scratch. So u didn't use clear coat over the repainted scratch? Can you use CC to help the shine and protect the touch up job or just forget about that.

    I did not use a proper paint clear coat, but I did apply Opti Coat Pro over it.

    I'm not sure if it is possible to use both colour and clear coat as getting the new colour layer even with the original colour layer would be near impossible. If that makes sense?

    Nice job! Quick question. Would it be possible to buff and polish the sanding marks with a flex DA? Also using meguiars 105/205?

    Yep. Have done several areas on vehicles over the years with a even my little PC7424. Wet sanding marks are a breeze. Key is to sand carfully and not remove the clear coat around the repair. Just level off the repair itself.

    Good info. Thank you! So just tape off your working area. I have another quick question. Just your opinion. If I was to clay, buff and polish the whole vehicle. Should I do it before I address the scratch or after?
