    Alternative shampoo for coated vehicle

My vehicle is coated with Opti-Coat Pro. Until now, I've always been washing it with Carpro Reset samples I was given. They work great but they are not so gentle on my wallet. I would like to know what are some alternative products that I should look into that will give me the same or similar washing and restore capability as Carpro Reset.

This new soap from Britemax is most similar to Reset as it doesn't add anything or strip anything... It has a great dilution ratio of 1:2000.

Britemax Pure Max Shampoo 32 oz.
Lol what. 1:2000? So roughly a third of an oz for a full 5 gallon bucket? That's nuts.

This is the principle I've been operating on with my coated vehicles. So far I've used Poorboys Super Slick with Suds and the Sonax car shampoo with good results. I'd love to try the new McKee's product pro 4x mentioned, but I'm only about 1/4 through my Sonax bottle.

Stick with a quality shampoo that doesn't have a reputation for leaving a film behind. This film will hinder the protective, gloss, and hydrophobic properties of your coated vehicle.

You get what you pay for.

Opti-Coat PRO isn't a cheap coating to have installed. It's worth ponying up a few bucks to have the good stuff to wash it.

While of course I'm partial to our new Sio2 Auto Wash because it was designed with this application in mind, a lot of the soaps Autogeek sells will "work" and do a great job cleaning your vehicle without leaving behind a film.

Autogeek almost always has some type of sale going on, be it X amount off or free shipping. There's always money to be saved.

Which shampoo from Sonax are you referring to? Thanks.

I live in Canada, so not all the products are available. Also I want to avoid nailed hard by tax and duty. Thanks.
