Procedure
X	Remove tires
X	Remove from wheel well
	(two nuts and two plastic rivets)
	(much easier than fronts)
X	Take "before pictures"
X	Thorough cleaning with Car Wash Soap both inner and outer.
X	Let air dry after hose rinse
	(lots of overspray body colour on some parts)
X	JB Plastic Weld on two spots on flange
X	Scuff sand with Green Scotch Brite pads
X	Final Clean with Optimum APC and thoroughly dry with rags
X	Pre Sol with Paint Thinner and shop towel
X	Used Utility Blade to remove paint bumps
X	Suspend with bungee cords
X	Shake can for 1 minutes before use and change nozzle
	(used the saws all shaker tool)
X	2 light coats with 10-15 minutes flash time between coats
	(keep coats light and did 3rd coat rather than heavy finish coat)
	(used almost one whole can of Wurth Black Trim/Bumper Coating (Flexible Bumper & Trim Paint) (893.01.90)
X	Allow to dry 12-24 hours for best bonding
	(took inside to dry)
	(flexible coating takes longer to cure than regular paint)
X	Take "after pictures"
X	Remount on car As you can see a dramatic difference

These are front inner fenders. The backs are still factory fresh, but when they need it Wurth it is.

Update on Wurth Trim Bumper - paint doesn't work on metal. I tried it twice on the B-Pillars which are metal. Can says can be used on primed metal, well it can't on my ride. After applying after supper it looked perfect. Drove to work next day and sat out in sun at 27C (84F) until 4:30. When got home the paint had small bubbles and cracked all over. The rubber gasket that seals the window at the bottom looked great. Go figure.

How are those fenders holding up since you did this? I should do the same to the front one's on my grand prix.

So far nicely. They are easier to clean obviously since they are smoother now. I also apply Permanon on a regular basis. True test will come next winter when they get sand blasted with rock salt.

I may have jumped the gun on applying to metal. I was so mad I took one of the B-Pillars right off the car and sanded the crap out of it. As I was sanding I noticed the paper getting clogged up. Seems there was still Plasti-Dip on it under the Wurth. Xylene to the rescue. Removed with paper towel and carried on with 400 grit right down to the bare metal. Put on two coats Primer and headed to the bar. Plan is to paint on weekend.

Well turns out it was all my fault. Stripped completely and 2 coats Primer and 2 coats Wurth turned out great.

Final post on both the plastic moldings and inner fenders. The moldings and B-Pillars are fine the inner fender on one side has some damage from abrasive road crap. To be fair the road in front of where I work is all torn up by construction so conditions have changed. Good news is re-apply ing is super easy and I'm rotating tires anyway so no problem.

Still looking and cleaning easily.

Tried coatings and such but nothing seems to keep dirt from clinging.

Thinking a "teflon frying pan" coating might be the answer (if it exists).
