I didn't see any on this light color.

I'd recommend to plan on machine polishing paint with at least one polishing step anytime you clay, Autoscrub or Speedy Prep Towel.

That way no matter how you remove aboves surface bonded contaminants if there is any marring it's not an issue. What's more important is getting the contaminants off the paint.

Pads don't really spin well on the Cyclo till you get to at least the 3 setting...

1 to 3 on the Porter Cable could be what you're thinking of? It's not about speed but it is about keeping the pads rotating as you move it over the surface.

Each person should be focusing on the task at hand and adjust the speed setting accordingly.

    Oh okay, thanks Mike.

I didn't know about the cyclo power as I never owned one, I assumed using autoscrub on any da was a universal speed of 1-2. Thanks for clearing that up

I'd say it is generally true just not on the Cyclo...

Set speed to the 2 to 3 setting...

Also, when I wrote for Meguiar's I learned to always give people a range instead of a specific single speed setting and then let them decide because their situation might be different. It's nice to have options...

How should we store the autoscrub pads after use? I am concerned the rubber surface may break down or have an adverse reaction to certain plastics if it is stored in plastic bags or containers.

I normally rinse them off and then store them by stacking them on top one-another, rubber side to velcro cloth side. But keep in mind, I have to manage a large quantity of these types of clay substitutes.
