Yes. The manufacture recommends it for "finished" leather.
From Autogeek.net
Stain resistant. 303 Aerospace Protectant repels water and dirt, and resists stains. Treated surfaces require less cleaning and will remain in like-new condition. It restores the original finish to vinyl, rubber, plastic, acrylic, finished leather, and fiberglass. 303 is never oily or greasy.
Multipurpose. Use 303 Aerospace Protectant on vinyl convertible tops, vinyl seats, tonneau covers, car bras, vinyl awnings, dashboard, trim pieces, and all over your boat. It is safe on vinyl, rubber, plastic, acrylic, finished leather, and fiberglass.
303 Aerospace Protectant provides the best protection you can provide for a multitude of materials. Nothing works better on clear plastic to prevent yellowing, hardening, and clouding.
Hope that helps...

303 states that their cleaning product is completely safe for cleaning vinyl, the issue being not to use anything that could harm the protective top coat.
No where in my article does it say you cannot use something else, the focus of the article was to show how to use the 303 "KIT" which includes the cleaner and the protectant.
Each person can decide for themselves which products to use on their vinyl to both clean and protect. There are a lot of safe cleaning products on the market, the key to using them successfully usually comes down to following the manufacture directions. I know when it comes to mixing products that must be diluted the average person thinks like this,
"If a little is good... more is better..."
And that's not always true. So I always say,
"Find a product you like and use it often"
And when you use it, dilute according to the manufacture directions.
