Re: How to insert an image from your photo gallery into your message
I am having hard time with this. Read Mikes instructions several times. I am not seeing some of things
he's outlined on forum pages. For example---right off bat I don't see a gray bar with upload pictures anywhere! And I am logged on.
Managed to put up 2 pictures by trail and error. But other pictures have "up load failure".
I am using a Mac desk top if that helps...
I will continue reading Mike's instructions but if anyone has a better idea w/ using Mac let me know.
Back to the drawing board...
Tom

Hi Tom,
I use a PC so my how-to article probably won't work.
Because uploading and inserting pictures has always been something very difficult for the average person to figure out I'll see if maybe we can put togheter a screenshot moving that shows how to do it for both PC and Mac.
One thing for sure, the gallery works and your pictures don't disappear over time like they do with Photobucket.

The most important things are these,
NO SPACES in a file name
This works.

This doesn't work

You must resize your pictures. Cameras and phones take HUMONGOUS pictures and if everyone simply uploaded their HUMONGOUS pictures s hard drive somewhere would fill up. So it's simply the common sense thing to do and that is resize your pictures.
Super big pictures don't fit on a screen always...
Inserting - It's pretty basic html coding to figure out how to use a tag that looks like this
[img]
And then the closing tag which looks like the above except it has a forward slash after the [ and before the letter I.
:)
