Strong demand for quality keyboards has driven most of the keyboard companies to develop their own switch equivalents to Cherry MX switches. Logitech switched over to their own switches for their keyboards a few years ago. They now have three categories of switches :

1.) The high-end GL Clicky, GL Linear, and GL Tactile low-profile series of switches which otherwise mimic the Cherry MX Blue/Brown/Red line of switches
2.) The GX Blue, GX Brown, & GX Red standard height series of switches which directly mimic the Cherry MX line of switches
3.) The Romer-G Tactile and Romer-G Linear switches for use in their basic mechanical keyboards.

All are designed by Logitech and made in Japan by Omron and they're all good switches, just different profiles (ie. actuation distances) and feels/responses.

The Logitech N915 shown by Mike uses their GL Clicky switch, which is their highest-end switch in a low profile design and which mimics a Cherry MX Blue switch (ie. audible click w/ tactile feedback).

Razer brand keyboards used to use Cherry MX switches, but like Logitech, Razer has designed their own similar line of switches now and they're built for Razer by Kailh in China. Fairly decent switches.

I think the only name brand keyboards that still use Cherry MX switches are Corsair keyboards.

Confusing as heck, huh ?
