    I agree, not just because I wrote it but because I know each and every day someone is getting a new polisher and buffing out a car starts with the brain, not the buffer.

    Sorry again for bumping this old thread.
    Can any of you gentlemen advise typically how much AIO is needed on a typical pad?
    I'm using a Griot's DA with McKee's 360 on LC thin pro pads.

    I thought I remember reading somewhere on the forum that an AIO like 360 needs to be liberally applied to each pad.
    Is this accurate for the most part?

    Yes.

    You use a one-step cleaner/wax like you would use a compound or a polish when doing paint correction, that is you use the produt heavy or wet. You don't use a tiny amount. You want plenty of lubrication on the surface, plenty of abrasives plus whatever other magical ingredients any given brand uses to abrade paint and make it look beautiful.
