Pricing for commercial vans/buses???

Hey guys! I need your input. I've put together a price list for transport vans/buses. I'm going to target day cares, nursing homes, churches, etc. Basically the ones that have 8-15 passenger vans or buses. Below is a price list I put together. Do you think I'm charging too much/too little? Are my service packages okay? Trying to get started on the is new venture next week.

2. Sweep Interior
3. Clean wheels

#2 $40

1. Wash & dry exterior
2. Sweep Interior
3. Clean Dashboard
4. Clean wheels

#3 $50

1. Wash & Dry exterior
2. Sweep Interior
3. Clean dashboard
4. Clean Wheels
5. Dress Tires
6. Clean Windows

Additional charges:

1. Vehicles larger than 8 passengers
2. Vacuuming/cleaning seats and floors
3. Heavily soiled interiors

Too little. Charge a price per foot instead.

You mean like $15 a foot or something? How do you calculate charging by the foot?
