    Re: Salad oil on seat

Home remedy: rub baking soda into the stained area, agitate and then dry vacuum it out. The baking soda will absorb the oil.

Professional method: dry cleaning solvent. Which... do an Internet search for dry cleaning solvent.

Unfortunately when it comes to carpet and upholstery the detailing world pretty much turns a blind eye as far as using the correct chemicals
Meguiars is on the right path with some of there spotters, but they have a ways to go.

It annoys be that all the detailing brands basicly call a APC or a mild detergent "Carpet and upholstery cleaner"
