Re: Building pressure washer
yea but remember, direct drive may give you problems pulling from a tank. you may have to prime it. Cats are expensive to rebuild. I have one cat that we use and when it craps out we are replacing it. Everything else I have are general pump or udors. We run them hard as well. Theyre all bypassed back to the tanks and have atleast 1 inch feeder lines running to them. They last a while if you do it right.

Is it this simple or more to building, I can get a HONDA ENGINE and A PUMP just bolt it up and it should work?

Re: Building pressure washer
Bought this today (Black Max 2,800 PSI Gasoline Pressure Washer - Powered by Honda - Sam's Club)
since it claims self priming, until I can purchase a horizon unit or build (bolt a pump onto a engine) or buy small KRANZLE K1622 1600 PSI - Electric Cold Water Pressure Washer
and more powerful generator than the HONDA EU 2000i I purchased earlier this year.

Russ os GREAT. Southside is one of the best suppliers IMO, and Russ is extremely helpful. I suggest you give him a call and he'll set you right up.
I also recommend the belt drive -- it will not only draw water faster, but it will last 3 times longer, too.
You can get a good 4 GPM beltdrive for around $1000 online.
