Which Gyeon Coating has the most "Darkening" Effect

So I applied CanCoat last year and I loved the initial look but the harsh Canadian Winters meant it only lasted 8 months (having said that, my maintenance during winter was lacking to put it kindly). Going to be re-coating and was planning on going with something with more durability.

Since all 3 Evo versions last 1 year or more, the aesthetics is going to be the deciding factor for me. I know there are a lot of descriptions of how the coatings look but to be honest, I can't visualize the difference the way they are described so I will just try to explain what I want it to look like.

I have a dark gray paint and I want the coating that is going to give it the most depth/darkening and make the flakes in the paint pop. I THINK the one I am looking for is the Gyeon Pure because people say it makes the paint look wet BUT alot of people also say it adds candy gloss... Is it the same thing or are one of the other products better for me?

    Thank you in advance!

P.S. I realize the vast majority of the look is going to come from the paint prep I do. I plan to utilize a 3 day weekend to get it right

If it was not maintained you could try a decon wash to bring it back.

From my understanding Mohs darkens better but Pure has more “Candy” gloss.

If you liked the way CC looked go with Pure if looking for something a little different try Mohs.

Not heard to many reviews that were positive for the Syncro kit..

So just to double check, Candy Gloss means its just highly reflective and isn't usually used to describe depth right?

Not reflective in the normal sense. Coatings give off a different gloss.

I feel depth comes from color, paint quality (orange peel or lack of) and polishing.

I try to describe the "candy look" as it makes the vehicle look as if it was dipped in molten glass. There is an appearance of both additional depth and additional gloss. I view "reflectivity" as a more shallow high gloss without the depth. If that makes sense...

Pure EVO might darken some. I noticed what looked to be pretty noticeable darkening when I applied the coating, but as the coating cured, I felt it became pretty clear and simply glossy. Maybe it comes down to the color. The car wearing Pure EVO is a bright blue pearl which is pretty hard to darken with any LSP.
